Team Support​

Three types of information enable managers to offer help and support when it is needed:

​

• Help requests or time-consuming tasks explained in progression notes.
   

• "Take time out" notes.
   

• Exceptionally long periods spent on a single ticket that are not explained by a progression note or time out note.
