Team Performance Management (TPM)

Preparation for use

To get the most from TPM Insight, Opimise recommend:

  1. Team members gain an understanding of IT support service high performance principles, by completing the free Opimise microlearning course.
     

  2. Team members focus particularly on the importance of frequent ticket activity, and of teamwork in achieving it. The course's assessment path helps ensure this, with students providing explanation of how they have introduced performance principles to their every day work.
     

  3. A maximum work-time is established for each support team, and through the course, understand how it is pivotal to frequent activity being achieved.
